Marie Gunther moved from the Netherlands to Los Angeles in 1990.
One day during a group fitness class I was encouraged to fill in for an instructor and this lead me to a new found career. I received my certification from ATAA for group fitness instructor ACE personal training and Indoor cycling through Johnny and Schwinn. Come join me for a cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. My classes are based on technique focused cadence, climbs, along with 8 sprints; that can make an unpredictable ride that is both fun and challenging.

Cindy Farkas has been teaching fitness for nearly a decade. In 2002, after having her first son, she was overweight and out of shape. She decided to get strong and healthy for her next pregnancy. That decision changed her life and led to her getting leaner, healthier and stronger! She worked with a talented Personal Trainer and began the journey to increased wellness and a new profession.
Cindy fell in love with spinning in 2003 when she realized how empowering and transformational it was for her. It was mental strength training as well as physical training. And, it was a really hard work out! But she found out she was strong enough to do it! Teaching was a natural evolution to her fitness journey because Cindy felt compelled to help others get healthy and strong and get more out of life!
She balances life with two active boys, a great husband and lots of pets…and of course, lots of exercise! Cindy teaches all different formats of fitness to adults and children and is a certified Yoga Instructor. She also holds specialty certificates in BOSU training, Senior Fitness and Prenatal Fitness.
Cindy’s motto is: “Health and Wellness are not destinations, but they are the journeys of our lifetime. Let’s take this trip together!”
I've been teaching Spin for 9 years. I love it! I am certified by Madd Dog Athletics.
